双相情感障碍测试(MDQ)测试说明
本测试基于双相情感障碍筛查问卷（Mood Disorder Questionnaire），包含15个自评条目，旨在初步评估个体是否曾出现躁狂或轻躁狂症状群。题目聚焦于情绪高涨期、精力过剩、思维奔逸、冲动行为等典型表现，并附加症状同期出现情况及功能损害程度评估。测试结果仅作为筛查参考，不能替代临床诊断。
